Each one telling the story of Żuki in photographs
Three wooden, cosily finished cottages – each hosting up to 6 guests (3 couples) or 4 independent guests. Every one has a fully equipped kitchen (including a coffee machine) and a large terrace with a gas grill. Our homestead is living family history. The cottages bear the names of Tomek’s ancestors, and it all began with his great-grandfather Józef (known in the family as Józiczek), who was the first to settle here with his family in the village of Żuki.
Named after great-grandmother Ania – wife of the homestead’s founder, great-grandfather Józef.

A comfortable base in the atmosphere of a charming country homestead
“Ania’s” is a cottage that puts authenticity and maximum comfort first. Set closest to our characterful barn and the car park, it is the ultimate in convenience – forget carrying heavy luggage or shopping over long distances; here everything is right at hand the moment you step out of the car!
From the cottage terrace you can see the wall and kitchen window of the neighbouring “Zinka’s” cottage, creating a wonderfully cosy, neighbourly feel of a traditional rural homestead. Interestingly, this location makes it a brilliant choice if you are travelling as a larger group (e.g. two families or a group of friends) – by booking Ania’s and Zinka’s together, you gain the perfect space to spend time together while keeping each other literally within sight.
Morning coffee in the shade of fruit trees, overlooking green meadows!
“Zinka’s” cottage has an extraordinary, homely magic. Set in the second row of buildings, it offers exceptional privacy and an idyllic, traditional feel. Its absolute highlight are the fruit trees growing so close to the terrace that they are almost within arm’s reach – in spring they delight with the scent of blossom, and in late summer they give pleasant shade.
From the terrace there is a gentle, soothing view over the surrounding meadows. This is a place where time flows more slowly. The nearness of our parents’ home gives it the safe, warm, family atmosphere of the old Polish countryside.
Named after Zina – the great-grandparents’ first daughter (Tomek’s great-aunt).

Named after grandmother Irena (the great-grandparents’ second daughter), whose husband – Tomek’s grandfather – was also named Józef.

This is where the homestead’s greatest attraction awaits you – a private hot tub/jacuzzi, yours exclusively for the whole stay. Imagine a cold evening, steaming water, a starry sky over the village of Żuki and complete, blissful peace…
